Elliot Clarke qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined Gadsby Wicks as a claimant lawyer in January 2018. Like all the other lawyers at the firm, Elliot specialises in medical negligence litigation. Formerly Chairman of the Suffolk and North Essex Law Society’s Junior Lawyers Division (2015-2016), he works on a wide range of cases, from injuries in surgery to misdiagnosis claims, medication errors and claims against GPs.

Jessica Wright

Jessica joined Gadsby Wicks in November 2016 having specialised in personal injury and medical negligence cases, particularly those involving delays in diagnosing cancer, wrong site surgery and orthopaedic surgery. She is accredited as an APIL Senior Litigator.

Alan Mendham

Tami Frankel

Tami Frankel joined Gadsby Wicks in 2001 and is a Partner at the firm. With previous experience in representing defendents, including hospitals and the local Health Authority, Tami brings a broad perspective to a medical negligence claim. She now works exclusively for claimants and has successfully handled a wide range of cases including birth injury, gynaecological injury and delayed diagnosis claims. Gillian Gadsby

Gillian Gadsby has specialised in medical negligence litigation since she qualified as a solicitor in 1989.  She co-founded Gadsby Wicks in 1993 and is the firm’s Managing Partner. Gillian is well-known and respected for her work on complex cases – including Cerebral Palsy and misdiagnosis claims. She is accredited by the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme, is on the AvMA Specialist Clinical Negligence Solicitors Panel and is an APIL Senior Litigator.
